Eat At Joes  17     Focal Plane Photography  3

Eat At Joes  6   Spectator Sports Bar & Grill  1

S.S. Custom  LLC  15    Focal Plane Photography  9

The youngsters on Focal Plane Photography continue to improve every week, as they gave  Coach Mueller's  veteran squad a run for their money  in an exciting game under the lights on June 11.  Coach Bretz's team showed a lot of heart against S.S. Custom LLC despite the loss.  Brianna Till took the mound for the first time, throwing a strike on her first pitch!  Sara Feathers, Hannah Presser, and Julia Murphy crossed the plate 2 times each.  Jordan Miller crushed a 2 run double, and had 3 hits overall.  Alyssa Bretz reached base all 4 times, and played a solid 2nd base.  Defense was led by Presser at shortstop and pitcher, and Alexis Pace, making some fine plays at first base.  Tyler Wright, Rachel Moskowicz, and Pace all scored, and Liz Hruska and Alex Wright each got on base 3 times.

Glenmoore Builders  7  Eat At Joes  4

On June 6th, last year's league and play-off champions met for the first time.   Despite good effort by Eat At Joes veteran pitcher, Toni Sharaba, who went 6 innings, only allowing 4 runs, and and the bats of Taylor Bruck with 2 RBI's, Cece Barrett going 3 for 3,  Nia Myhand 2 for 3, with a double, and Julia Mawby also 2 for  3.  It was not enough to stop Glenmoore Builders winning streak.  Outstanding pitching from Amber McDonald, Emily Clementi, and Heather Hruska, along with some fancy defensive gems from the Mackay mitts, kept the Bonacci bats in check. The offense was led by some hard hitting by Lauren Smith and Kelly Sabransky, with 2 RBI's each, along with Becky Rohwer, who crossed home plate twice.

Glenmoore Builders  9   S.S. Custom LLC  7

Despite awesome play by Coach Mueller's pitchers, combining for 4 strike-outs, and both scoring 2 runs, it was not quite enough to stop Coach Mackay's  3 game winning streak.  Glenmoore Builders'  offense was sparked by  Nicole "Nixon" Greisl, with 4 hits, and 3 runs scored.  Pitchers Amber McDonald and Emily Clementi held on for the win, as the lead changed several times in this exciting "back and forth" game.

S.S. Custom LLC  13  Eat At Joes  11

Coach Mueller's girls were victorious in their first game of the season on May 30th, when they held off last year's league champions Eat At Joes.  The valiant efforts of Eat At Joe's rookie pitcher Cece Barret, who pitched 6 innings, only allowing 2 walks, and reliever Jules Mawby's one shut out inning, were not enough to deny S.S. Custom LLC their first win.  Although the Bonacci bats were not completely silenced, as Jayla Burton went 3 for 5, Nia Myhand had a triple, and youngster Anna Mancino reached base 4 times
